Coordinator, Facilities (Hard Services)

* Schedule preventative maintenance with contracted vendors monthly/quarterly* Managing hard services onsite such as HVAC systems, lighting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire safety systems and other building maintenance work* Respond to emergency and urgent maintenance service calls* Escort and supervise suppliers while working on-site* Assist with furniture delivery, disposal and maintain organized storage spaces* Assist with set-up and break-down of corporate events* Perform small maintenance tasks such a hanging photos and art work, moving furniture, or repairing/modifying furniture* Perform daily facilities walk-through of Kinston Facility* Conduct monthly safety walk-through of Kinston, NC Facility* Assist with administrative projects* Other duties as assigned.* Monitor compliance usage for facilities teams’ preventative and recurring maintenance schedules.* Surveillance of tool and provide improvement feedback to Manager* Collect and report data points to leadership* Assist with deployment of communications, trainings, documentation, tools, governance* Other duties as assigned.* Preferred: 2+ years of industry experience either in the corporate environment, third party service provider or as a consultant* Experience in the aerospace and or defense industry is a plus.* Strong ability to listen and communicate effectively (verbal and written)* Outstanding organizational and time management skills* Strong interpersonal skills* Proficient using common business applications (Google G-Suite, Corrigo CMMS)* Outstanding Internal and External customer service skills* Must be comfortable working with complex audio-visual equipment.* Demonstrated client relationship management skills* Decision Making, Complexity* Prioritize use of the facility based on business needs* Real time determination of facility use based on existing conditions of specific facility components.At JLL, we give you the opportunity, knowledge and tools to own your success, because we value what makes each of us unique.
