(Harrisonburg, VA) is now hiring a Telemetry Monitor Technician. The technician observes, recognizes, interprets, evaluates, and documents EKG tracings on telemetry‑monitored patients to detect deviations from patient norms.
Location & Work Schedule City/State: Harrisonburg, VA
Work Shift: Third (Nights)
Schedule: Three 12‑hour shifts per week, rotating weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
Observe telemetry data and EKG tracings.
Interpret and evaluate patient condition.
Detect deviations from normal rhythms.
Document findings and report to nursing staff.
Maintain accurate patient records.
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent.
Previous health care experience considered; basic knowledge of cardiac monitoring or EKG strongly desired.
No specific certification or licensure required.
