LHH is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join a well-established legal team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a 100% onsite role supporting attorneys with a broad range of commercial real estate matters.
Overview Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing Draft, review, and organize real estate documents such as leases, purchase agreements, amendments, estoppels, and closing documents Coordinate and manage closings, including preparation of closing checklists and binders Conduct title and survey review; coordinate with title companies and lenders Perform due diligence review and track critical dates and deliverables Maintain organized files and manage document management systems Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, and third parties as needed
Qualifications
2–3+ years of experience
as a paralegal handling
commercial real estate matters Strong understanding of CRE transactions and documentation Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred
