We are seeking a
Litigation Paralegal
to join our dynamic legal team.
Litigation experience is required.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of Florida civil litigation procedures and hands-on experience supporting attorneys throughout all stages of litigation. This role requires precision, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment. Key Responsibilities
Draft, prepare, and manage
court pleadings , motions, and other litigation documents in compliance with Florida Rules of Civil Procedure. Draft discovery requests and responses , including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission. File legal documents through the
Florida Courts E-Filing Portal , ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including trial preparation, discovery, depositions, and hearings. Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw to support case strategy and trial preparation. Organize and maintain litigation files, evidence, and case management systems. Summarize depositions, medical records, and discovery materials. Proofread legal documents for accuracy, formatting, and compliance with court rules. Provide administrative support including calendaring deadlines, scheduling hearings, and coordinating with courts and opposing counsel. Serve as a professional and compassionate point of contact for clients throughout the litigation process. Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of Paralegal experience in a litigation-focused law firm (required). Working knowledge of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure (required). Experience drafting discovery requests and responses (required). Experience preparing and managing court pleadings (required). Proficiency with the Florida Courts E-Filing System (required). Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and document management skills. Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the ability to meet strict deadlines. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff. Client-focused mindset with professionalism and discretion. Preferred Experience
