Grounds Maintenance Operative – Construction Sites Bristol (Multi-Site Role) Start Date: March ⏰

Working Hours: 07:00am – 17:00pm

O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced

Grounds Maintenance Operative

to work across multiple construction sites in the Bristol area.

This is a

multi-site role , so applicants

must be able to drive

and be happy travelling between sites as required.

Role Responsibilities:

General grounds maintenance on live construction sites

Keeping external areas tidy, safe, and presentable

Litter picking, grass cutting, hedge trimming, and basic landscaping duties

Supporting site teams with upkeep of outdoor areas

Working to health & safety standards at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a similar role (construction site experience preferred)

Full UK driving licence

Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently

Good understanding of site health & safety
