Healthcare Supervisor - Office Supervisor

Healthcare Plus' Rockford office is looking for a new Case Supervisor. We're looking for an individual who is able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, preferably has experience in healthcare or customer service, has manageable computer skills, and is a fast learner. We will be holding in-person interviews in mid-January. Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Social Security Card Valid driver's license with clean driving history Responsibilities include

Supervises the delivery of care to participants Client visits Addresses concerns brought up by both field workers and clients Making Plans of Care for clients Ensuring workers show up to shifts Maintaining client and caregiver records Preferred qualifications

Data entry, fax, emails, spreadsheets, Excel Answering calls, transferring calls, and taking messages Customer service greeting visitors Fast learner eager to learn Responsible, punctual, and dependable The following things are a plus
