The Production Operator II (Mixing Room) initiates the cooking cycle and monitors the dump/load intervals process. Training will be provided, and multiple shifts will be available.**WHAT YOU'LL DO:*** Set up the production equipment, operating area, and supplies.* Read work instructions and recipe formulations written in either Spanish or English.* Legibly write numbers and words on the daily sheets.* Pull a 500-lb. tote bag with a crane.* Communicate verbally with the Shift Manager and other personnel working in the area.* Adhere to all company safety requirements.**WHAT YOU'LL NEED:*** Be able to lift 50 lbs.* Work in extreme heat and humidity conditions (possibly as high as 95°F)* Stay on your feet for at least 3 to 4 hours and climb stairs.* Be able to perform repetitive motion tasks.* Required to bend, stoop, pull, and push in the performance of job duties.**WHY TEASDALE:*** Day One - Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits* Day One Accrual of Sick Time* 401(k) Retirement Plan with Matching Contributions at 60 Days* Career Growth Opportunities and Professional Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
