ATAX Omaha is looking for an experienced tax preparer to take on a lead role supporting our team. We are sourcing candidates in the Papillion, NE area. This position is based out of our Omaha office and combines hands-on tax preparation with team support.
About the Role You’ll prepare tax returns while helping ensure quality, consistency, and a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare individual and small business tax returns
Review work for accuracy and compliance
Assist with workflow during peak tax season
Support team members as needed
Provide excellent client service
Qualifications
3+ years of tax preparation experience
Strong attention to detail
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Tax software experience preferred
