Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.
CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting‑edge, nationally recognized, evidence‑based models.
Job Summary Under the supervision of the Manager of Building and Site Services, the Building Services Technician provides a full range of support services to the Facilities Operations / Facilities Construction divisions. The Building Services Technician will also provide facility upkeep as well as performing minor repairs and light maintenance work in the buildings they are assigned to. Building Services Technician also includes responding to emergency service calls, as well as inspecting the site at the start and end of each day to check for damage, vandalism or any other issues to the facility.
This position helps to ensure the facility is maintained in accordance to various rules and regulations including but not limited to:
OSHA
- Occupation Safety and Health Administration
ADOSH
- Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health
AAC
- The American with Disabilities Act (ADA), Arizona Administrative Code
ADHS
/ OBHL
- Arizona Department of Health Services/Department of Behavioral Health Licensure
CARF
- Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities

- Community Bridges (CBI) Policies and Procedures
Skills/Requirements
Highschool diploma or GED preferred.
Equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
