Scheduler . The ideal candidate is friendly, helpful, and an effective team player, ready to make an immediate impact supporting a dynamic office environment.
Responsibilities
Schedule meetings with clients and internal team members
Provide receptionist support during lunch breaks, scheduled days off, or as needed
Assist with general administrative tasks and special projects
Manage a high volume of phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain organized documentation and records
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and staff
Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities
Qualifications
Associates or Bachelor’s degree required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Friendly, helpful demeanor and strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
High level of professionalism and customer service focus
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate as a team player
Compensation: $50K-$55K
