Job Description
The NKU P-12 Pathway Programs Hub is a central office for providing P-12 programs to the Greater Cincinnati region. We introduce P-12 students to opportunities in higher education, emphasizing NKU, through a variety of programs at every age level.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist with field trip logistics and other P-12 programs;
Assist in designing and revising field trips and other P-12 event activities and logistics;
Prepare swag for field trips;
Participate in outreach activities to engage the community;
Collect and enter data;
Assist with summer camp day-time programming;
Prepare Discovery Kits to be mailed to local schools;
Optional: Facilitate career-related hands-on sessions.
Qualifications
Preferred Junior, Senior, or Graduate Student in health or education major. Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills; enjoys interacting with elementary, middle, and high school students. Interest in P-12 school outreach. Any candidate who is offered this position will be required to go through a pre-employment criminal background check as mandated by state law.
