What You’ll Do
Provide therapy and interventions with patients who have complex needs.
Use modalities such as CBT, DBT, and others.
Deliver individual and group therapy.
Maintain documentation and monitor patient progress toward goals.
Position Details This is an hourly position covered by the SEIU/1199 bargaining unit (union). Pay range: #11 on the SEIU/1199 Pay Range Schedule. Normal working hours are 8 am – 4:30 pm. The position is located at 930 South Detroit Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43614.
Qualifications
Current license as an independent social worker (LISW) issued by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker & Marriage & Family Therapist Board in accordance with ORC 4757.27, or exemption under ORC 4757.41 (A)(5) for personnel with at least two years of service as of July 10 2014.
Experience working with clients with complex mental health needs.
Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
