Process clothing records: Enter data into computer system, update clothing records, select records to be printed, and print records.
Receptionist duties: Greet customers, answer phones, record messages, and respond to routine questions.
Pull records: Receive records requests, locate records, and transport records up to 1000 feet round trip.
Make copies: Copy memos, adjustment documents, and other documentation.
Filing: Label and file documents alphabetically in the filing cabinet.
Customer service: Provide efficient and effective customer service.
Assist in conducting monthly inventories as required.
Inspect clothing records for accuracy.
Input information into CIF-ISM to create reports, such as laundry tickets.
Work with adjustment documents: enter data, match documents with records, and assist in processing cash discussions and investigations as needed.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
At least one (1) year of experience working with computers.
Ability to organize and alphabetize according to an established filing system.
Experience with ISM preferred.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods, with or without assistance. Reasonable accommodations may be available. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and perform repetitive motions for several hours.
Work may involve repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and stairs may be required.
Must be able to work under pressure for extended periods.
Requirements
A valid state driver’s license is preferred with ability to obtain and maintain Tessera insurance.
Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. A background check and E-Verify will be conducted for this position.
