Position Summary A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service. When no manager or is responsible for completing all opening and closing procedures.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Management and supervision of store crew, including assigning tasks, directing work, and following up on all activities.

Effective communication with store management and crew.

Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints, promoting a positive shopping experience.

Handle customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and maintain customer/patient confidentiality.

Merchandise, presentation, and inventory: price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays, signs, and conduct weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise maintenance.

Reset departments following POGs.

Required Qualifications

Deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills.

Advanced communication and supervisory skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime, and respond to urgent store issues.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a retail supervisor.

Education High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred but Not Required).

Work Hours & Pay Anticipated Weekly Hours: 30 Time Type: Full time Pay Range: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
