We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the property. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive environment for residents and guests. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes initiative, and has a broad range of maintenance skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine gutter cleaning using a 6-foot ladder.
Conduct pressure washing of sidewalks, pool decks, and other exterior areas as needed.
Complete small electrical repairs, including replacing ceiling fans at pool areas, changing light switches, and inspecting or maintaining property lamp posts.
Diagnose and repair leaking spigots and other minor plumbing issues.
Blow common areas such as clubhouse parking lots, walkways, and pool decks to maintain cleanliness.
Apply basic plumbing knowledge to address unit backups caused by clogged lines or root damage; inspect sewer cleanouts and assist in identifying the source of issues.
Perform light concrete repair, including patching small cracks, chips, or damaged areas.
Conduct regular property inspections by riding through the community to identify maintenance needs proactively.
Report major issues to management and assist with special projects as assigned.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good, safe condition.
Part Time Mondays-Wednesdays 8am-5pm with potential of going full time
Pay rate: $17.75
