CITADEL
The maintenance staff position, under limited supervision, performs work of routine difficulty in relation to building and facility maintenance and performs related work as assigned.
Responsibilities The Employee will:
Assist with maintenance of HVAC Systems
Turning chillers on/off
troubleshooting AHU pumps
Chillers and VAV, etc.
Assist with electrical systems maintenance
Troubleshooting, changing breaker boxes, outlets, light switches, bulbs, sockets, etc.
Plumbing maintenance
Install and repair faucets, piping
Drainage and water lines
Respond to trouble calls for toilets, urinals, etc.
Assist with Disposal
Waste boxes/assorted trash
Pulling/pushing containers out to designated area, etc.
Meter readings
Monthly logging (Tenant utility charges)
Associated to ITC premises as assigned (assessment, fabrication, cement & wood carpentry, etc.)
Buildout renovation
Modify light fixtures
Flooring (Tile/Carpet)
Countertops
Wall Partitions, etc.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 - 3 years of relevant building maintenance experience.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Report HSSE incidents in a timely manner within his/her area of responsibility
Support incident investigation as required
Participate in audits and inspections as plannedComply to HSSE Policies, HSSE Golden Rules, 12 LSRs, and HSSE procedures
Participate in HSSE improvement programs
Participate in HSSE Toolbox Meetings as planned
Participate in Area Safety Council as required
Perform the duties and responsibilities as assigned in the Emergency Response Team

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
