Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do
Respond to customer questions via email, chat, or phone
Provide basic support and troubleshooting for the SalesDraft platform
Route more complex issues to the appropriate team
Update customer information and notes in internal systems
Follow established processes to ensure consistent, high-quality service
Assist with general administrative or support tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and listening skills
Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software
Ability to stay organized and manage simple tasks efficiently
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
