Overview
PCC, a Global Controls Group Company, is currently hiring a Warehouse II Associate to join our tight‑knit team in Germantown, WI. In this role, you will be responsible for general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, shipping, and receiving orders. We are a climate‑controlled warehouse offering a full‑time, direct‑hire position for you to gain hands‑on experience with a leader in wire, cable, and industrial automation.
Hours:
8:00 am – 4:30 pm Mon‑Fri
Pay Rate:
$19+ /hr (based on experience) + full benefits

What You’ll Do
Review picking tickets and accurately pick orders
Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight
Assist with general inventory duties including cycle counts, relocating, and put‑away
Receive and inspect deliveries from UPS, DHL, & FedEx
Pack and label outbound orders to ensure accurate and timely shipping
Complete and manage shipping and receiving paperwork
Perform additional duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
At least 1 year in a warehouse role required
At least 1 year experience in a shipping and receiving department required
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Experience with computers required & experience with UPS/FedEx/DHL Shipping Systems preferred
Attention to detail
Willingness to learn and cross‑train
Must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend and lift 50 lbs
