Universal Operator at DBA Construction, Inc.
Responsibilities
Experience with running Blade, GPS, Dozer, Mini X, Excavator, and Gannon's.
Perform pre and post operation inspection of equipment.
Use proper techniques to secure equipment when in transport and tarp all loads.
Maintain fluid levels and grease all points as needed and keep equipment clean from debris.
Complete daily inspection report and turn it in at end of shift.
Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
Able to work well with others.
Ability to work night and weekends if necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and 7‑year criminal background check.
Be able to provide valid documentation for the I‑9 immigration document.
Provide certificate or proof of training on equipment.
3 years of experience is required.
Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
Must have own transportation to various work sites within the state of Arizona.
Steel boots are required.
Strictly adhere to safety requirements and procedures.
Must have own finishing tools.
Must have own nail bags and tools for forming and finishing.
Salary $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
