Your Job
In this role, you will ensure compliance with safety policies while monitoring and improving process variances and inventory levels. You will collaborate with production control to resolve issues, update schedules, and maintain accurate MRP systems. Additionally, you will communicate analyses and updates to enhance decision‑making and operational efficiency.
Our Team Molex LLC is a manufacturer of electronic, electrical, and fiber optic connectivity systems. Molex offers over 100,000 products across a variety of industries, including data communications, medical, industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics.
What You Will Do
Adhere to and ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures
Monitor variances and recommend process improvements
Maintain inventory levels in alignment with agreed‑upon targets
Track and analyze inventory trends
Conduct routine cycle counts, scrap picking, consolidation efforts, empty bin counts, buffer material management, and various other required projects
Utilize a working knowledge of CMS
Collaborate with production control staff to resolve issues, update material schedules, and ensure MRP systems accurately reflect product forecasts and demands
Communicate reports, updates, and analyses to support decision‑making and optimize operational efficiency
Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating a high level of urgency and accuracy to support the needs of all departments within the operation
Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with team members and stakeholders
Demonstrate self‑motivation and the ability to perform effectively under pressure
Utilize analytical problem‑solving skills to drive continual improvement initiatives
Exhibit strong communication skills in all interactions
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Experience operating a reach truck and forklift
What Will Put You Ahead
Experience operating a cherry picker
Familiar with Microsoft applications such as Team, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
Experience with SAP and RF Capabilities
Prior experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations
For this role, we anticipate paying $22.50 – $26.00 per hour. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
