Job Summary:
The Molding Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the production line and equipment while working in a safe manner.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Provide materials to production line.
Weigh and mix raw materials.
Set up, operate, monitor equipment and the flow of materials.
Perform periodic quality control inspections.
Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
Work in a safe manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
Mechanically inclined
Ability to wear PPE and maintain company safety policies (Eye Protection, Hearing Protection, Respirator, and Steel Toe Shoes).
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Job Requirements
Stand for long periods of time, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or balance.
Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Push/pull up to 100 lbs.
Work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Ability to work in an environment exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
