Kaeser is seeking an energetic, self‑driven Territory Manager for a geographic territory covering El Paso and surrounding areas. You will receive internet‑generated leads, a large technical support team, and comprehensive online and in‑class technical training and certifications (air travel required only for training).
Primary Responsibilities
Call on end‑customers in the territory to promote and sell energy‑saving air compressors and related equipment that significantly impact customer cost and electrical consumption.
Acquire the knowledge and technical expertise necessary to design and sell high‑quality air systems.
Represent Kaeser professionally at all times.
Utilize a variety of Kaeser‑provided sales tools.
Reach and maintain sales goals.
Required Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Mechanical aptitude.
Proven time/territorial management skills.
Clean driving record (required).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is required.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: $55,850.00 – $88,090.00.
Performance commission and profit‑sharing opportunities.
401(k) plan.
