has an immediate opening for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk in

Baytown, TX . The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for the safe and efficient loading and unloading of trucks, accurate counting and labeling of parts, maintaining an organized and clean parts room, performing regular inventory counts, and preparing orders for shipping. Key Responsibilities

Safely load and unload goods from trucks, ensuring all items are handled with care. Label parts accurately with part numbers and organize items in the parts room. Perform periodic inventory counts to track stock levels. Pick orders based on customer requests and prepare for shipment. Ensure the work environment adheres to safety standards by following all safety guidelines. Assemble crates and containers for shipping, record contents either manually or in the system, and affix proper shipping labels and instructions. Supervise the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring items are handled properly. Inspect and verify incoming shipments against invoices or other documents, report shortages, and reject any damaged goods. Unpack and route goods to the correct storage locations. Maintain accurate manual or computerized records for inventory and shipping. Operate equipment like forklifts and hand trucks to move goods within the warehouse. Perform general warehouse duties such as restocking shelves, pulling, and packing orders. Carry out other CCO Warehouse-related tasks as assigned. Leadership Responsibilities

Guide, mentor, and support team members while ensuring efficient operations. Delegate tasks effectively and follow up on completion. Skills And Competencies

Strong communication skills to foster effective relationships with team members and customers. Ability to make decisions independently while adhering to company policies and objectives. Problem-solving skills to address conflicts and overcome challenges in a methodical manner. Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in reading and writing English. Ability to safely handle and move compressed gas and liquid cylinders; lift 50-75 pounds frequently and maneuver cylinders over 100 pounds (using carts or other tools). Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and company-administered road test. Strong communication skills for customer interactions. Ability to work in a drug-free environment. Incentives
