Report To Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description Repairs and fabricates objects/materials for the purpose of ensuring safe and efficient use of items.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Ability to weld various materials using a variety of processes (manual arc, tungsten inert gas, metallic inert gas, brazing, etc.) to ensure availability and functioning of required items, ensuring safety.
Repairs and fabricates objects to ensure safe and efficient use of items.
Maintains shop, equipment, tools, etc.
Perform rebuild procedures on air cylinders, valves, and general fixtures.
Work online and/or access monitors on machines for troubleshooting electrical issues.
Working knowledge of hydraulic systems and ability to identify different style valves and pumps.
Basic programming.
Any other duties assigned by manager.
Requirements
Must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the trade.
Experience with welding and fabricating.
Mechanical skills required with computer experience.
Experience working with hand tools needed.
Preferred working knowledge of hydraulic systems.
Able to sit, kneel, squat or bend for long lengths of time.
Able to walk and/or stand for extended periods.
Lift up to 50 lbs. repeatable if necessary.
Ability to work closely with supervision and fellow employees.
