Job Description
Domino's Pizza in Saint Louis is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 5421 Chippewa St location. As a vital member of our crew, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers have a great experience while interacting with our brand across various touchpoints.
Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
Assist in pizza preparation and other food-related tasks as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. when necessary
Adhere to company policies, food safety regulations, and quality standards
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team player mentality with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
