We are looking for a highly motivated student to join our team as a
Customer Training Co-op
from
May 2026 - December 2026 . The role will be based in the Bernard A. Greenheck Education Center, home to our product galleries and product demonstrations. The Education Center hosts over 1,500 customers a year and serves as a resource for rep partners to engage their customers and build stronger relationships. What You’ll Be Doing
Collaborate with innovative teams across Greenheck Group to develop technical course material for our online e-learning platform, gaining exposure to cutting-edge tools and continuous learning opportunities Provide meaningful support for in-person and remote training events, helping us deliver impactful experiences for our customers and employees Assist with the set-up and tear-down of the service training area, taking ownership of hands-on projects that make a real difference Support the product display team and hospitality team as needed, building relationships across the company while contributing to a culture of service and excellence What You Should Have
Enrollment in a related associate or bachelor’s degree program (Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Sales, Education) On track to graduate in the next 2 years or less Experience or coursework in technical writing & digital communications Background in graphic design/video production is a plus Strong relationship-building and teamwork skills Ability to multitask and maintain exceptional organization in a fast-paced environment Things You Should Know
Network: You will interact and network with the intern & co-op group across the U.S. (about 50 total college students) Meet Our Executives: You will present your projects and experiences to our company leaders and executives at the end of your term. Get Exposure to Various Areas: You will participate in Fundamental Fridays gaining exposure to our business and business leaders. Make a Difference: You will have the opportunity to take part in company sponsored volunteering. The starting base pay range for this position is $21/hour - $24/hour and may vary based on type of position and school seniority. Visa Sponsorship Information
