Forklift Operator – Groveland, FL We’re looking for a dependable Team Member who can safely and efficiently operate a motorized forklift to load, unload, and move pallets within our production and warehouse areas. As a key contributor, you’ll support our mission of delivering the highest quality, most affordable bottled water to our customers.

Responsibilities

Operate motorized forklift to load and unload trucks and move finished product within the warehouse.

Follow all operating instructions and perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and call for repairs as needed.

Use an onboard WMS system to track material movement and ensure accurate documentation.

Plan supply and material requirements by studying production schedules and allocate deliveries accordingly.

Retrieve, verify, secure or move pallets to production or inventory locations.

Maintain a safe work environment: watch for foot traffic, follow safety standards and procedures, and comply with all legal regulations.

Document all actions by logging movements of supplies, materials and finished goods.

Show predictable attendance, as reliable presence is essential to the role.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

No prior experience required; however, experience in a manufacturing or similar field is preferred.

Proven ability to safely operate a sit‑down motorized forklift.

Ability to navigate within a WMS system.

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience working as a forklift operator.

Experience managing people or projects.

Education

Minimum Required:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.

Preferred:

Associate’s Degree.

Certification / License

Forklift certification required.

Foreign Language

Minimum Professional Proficiency required.

Full Professional Proficiency preferred.
