The position of Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Backup Teller includes responsibilities such as opening new Checking, Savings, Certificate of Deposit, IRA, Trust and Estate accounts; ordering new and replacement debit cards; cashing checks and savings withdrawals; accepting retail and commercial checking and savings deposits; and processing loan payments.

Responsibilities

Open new Checking, Savings, Certificate of Deposit, IRA, Trust and Estate accounts

Order new and replacement debit cards

Cash checks and savings withdrawals

Accept retail and commercial checking and savings deposits

Process loan payments

Qualifications Requirement for application includes one to three years of related experience and high school diploma.
