PRN Customer Service Representative - LPG Pediatrics at Page Field
Location: 4751 S Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, FL 33907 (LPG Pediatrics at Page Field). Department: HOD HB Peds Primary – Page Field. Work Type: PRN (as-needed). Shift Availability: Any day of the week (Monday–Sunday), 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Pay Rate: $20.75 per hour. Summary
Help little patients and their families thrive in a warm, family-centered environment. As part of Lee Health's Pediatric Primary Care team, you will support providers and care teams while delivering compassionate, high-quality care to the youngest patients. What You’ll Do
Assist with front-office and clinical support functions in a pediatric setting. Greet families with warmth, patience, and professionalism. Support providers and care teams to ensure smooth, efficient visits. Help children and caregivers feel comfortable, informed, and cared for. Understanding PRN (As-Needed) Work
PRN roles do not have a fixed schedule. You will be scheduled based on department needs such as coverage for call-outs, vacations, high patient volume, or special clinic needs. Are scheduled based on department needs. Must be available any day of the week between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Flexibility and responsiveness required when scheduling needs arise. Who We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED required. Less than 1 year clerical/administrative experience (insurance/customer service preferred). BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; may be needed at other locations within 90 days of hire. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. IT/computer proficiency, basic math. Knowledge of insurance verification and medical billing helpful. Benefits
