Available Shifts
First Shift: Mon – Friday: 4:30 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
Second Shift: Mon – Friday: 4:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Third Shift: Sunday: 12:00 p.m. (noon) – 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
Assist with State motor pool dispatching:
Monitor State motor pool reservations dashboard: vehicles to be dispatched and returned.
Print trip tickets for approved reservations.
Dispatch vehicle when driver arrives: verify driver name, hand out vehicle packet including key and fuel card.
Check‑in returning vehicle: verify packet returned including keys and fuel card, record ending mileage, return date/time, and driver comments/feedback to indicate need to clean and/or service the vehicle.
Inform the State motor pool coordinator of any customer concerns or inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications
Basic computer knowledge.
Be able to work independently under general direction.
Lack of post‑secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
Successful background check results are required for employment in this position. This may include background checks involving a candidate's name and/or fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position.
