Des Moines, IA Territory Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
Compensation & Benefits Starting salary between $40,000-45,760/year, based on experience. Company car, laptop, tools, and phone allowance are provided. Full benefit package with employer-paid disability and life insurance. Opportunities for growth: training and career advancement with annual reviews and performance-based increases. Daytime hours only: predictable first-shift schedule with no night shifts or weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer equipment in the field.
Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
Manage and maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in vehicle stock.
Complete technical training as assigned, maintain knowledge and continuously learn about new equipment.
Travel to various customer sites within the assigned region.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Technical aptitude with a desire to learn – training will be provided.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
