Operations – Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is seeking talented Warehouse Associates at our Waco Work Tools Facility located at 2100 Orchard Lane, Waco, TX 76705.

Shifts Shift/hours: 1st Shift – Monday‑Friday 6:00 am – 2:00 pm (overtime may be required depending on business need). Starting wage: $19.05 / hr.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Utilizing and inspecting heavy equipment including sit‑down forklift, pallet jack, and overhead hoists.

Safely performing material‑handling and warehousing processes required in receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.

Operating handheld scanner to access and update information for receiving, counting, and order processing.

Willingness to be trained on and operate order pickers, reach trucks, sit‑down forklifts, and overhead hoists. All positions will operate equipment.

Reporting defects and need for repairs.

Utilizing pneumatic tools and/or power tools to build and construct wooden shipping containers.

Using tools for paint application and rust prevention.

Performing housekeeping functions as required.

Other duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time to time.

Experience: demonstrated longevity of at least 12 months in prior employment or volunteer experience. Equipment experience required (order pickers, reach trucks, sit‑down forklifts, and overhead hoists).

Agility: must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds individually, walk approximately 10–12 miles per day, sit, stand, squat, and bend over repeatedly and consistently throughout your shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
