Domino's Pizza in Troy, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Oversee daily store operations and manage shifts effectively
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concerns
Supervise and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately
Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Participate in food preparation and order fulfillment as needed
Answer phone calls and process customer orders efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist in training and developing new team members
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in a fast‑paced retail or food service environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude
Proficiency in basic math and problem‑solving skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high‑volume setting
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Basic computer skills for operating point‑of‑sale systems and other store technology
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus
Food safety certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of employment
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
Team‑oriented mindset with a passion for developing and motivating others
