Annual Salary Range:
$45,139 - $49,820
Why You Will Love This Position The Division of Labor Standards is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-service driven applicant with excellent communication skills to join Labor Standards Administration. This applicant must have reliable transportation, extensive computer knowledge, and the ability to multi-task a high volume of work.
What You Will Do
Order and process invoices through MissouriBuys or admin vouchers.
Process checks through SAMII.
Schedule meetings for the Division Director and/or Program Managers as needed.
Create and submit documents in DocuSign for signatures.
Create and submit out-of-state travel and training forms.
Assist with new hires.
Answer minimum wage and child labor calls to comply with Missouri Statutes.
Assist with the State Board of Mediation processes.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s degree (Substitutions may be allowed).
Desired Attributes
Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
Comprehensive knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the public.
Ability to complete assignments accurately within specified timeframes.
Lack of post‑secondary education will not be used as the sole basis for denying consideration to any applicant.
