METYX USA Inc. is hiring a Quality Technician to ensure products meet industry quality standards through oversight of manufacturing processes, implementation of testing systems, and detailed documentation. The role involves close collaboration with Production and Engineering teams to maintain high-quality output and address non-conformance issues. Job Responsibilities

Responsible for all inspection practices performed within the company, whether incoming, in-process or final outgoing. Responsible for the documentation and control of all quality issues Initiate and implement standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation Work closely with Production team to develop a product that complies with all quality standards that meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations Collaborate with Production and Engineering on actions related to non-conformance including effective root cause analysis and corrective action Investigate product modifications and prepare reports Well-organized with excellent problem-solving skills Willingness to take ownership for work Proficient with measurement tools such as calipers, thickness gage, micrometers, durometer, and optical measurement systems Demonstrate proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as having a working knowledge of quality engineering tools (i.e.: FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, Process Capability, Problem Solving Techniques, Acceptance Sampling, and GR & R) Demonstrate understanding of mathematical formulas and reasoning ability to apply principles of logic or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems Requirements

High school diploma, plus 3 years of solid work history Ability to work 12 hour rotating shift, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30lbs Preferences

Minimum of 1 year quality control experience Prior work history in fiber glass, composites, and or textiles Knowledgeable in Quality Systems such as IS0-9001
