What You’ll Do
Operate and monitor equipment to keep production running smoothly
Cleaning industrial equipment and workstations
Complete quality checks and follow safety protocols
Communicate issues clearly and work as part of a close-knit team
Be on time, every time — your role matters here
Reliable, consistent attendance (non-negotiable)
Positive attitude and strong communication
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
No experience required — just a teachable mindset

Ability to follow all West Fraser safety policies and procedures
Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with team members
Ability to walk, stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
Ability to work in outdoor environments and loud, high-volume conditions
Successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and physical
High School Diploma or GED
Nice-to-Have (Preferred but not required)
Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Positive employee referral or professional reference
Interest in learning new skills and cross‑training over time
Demonstrated ability to contribute to a team environment
