Overview
Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated Apartment Make Ready Technician to join our team. The role involves preparing vacant apartment units for new residents, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and functionality, and performing minor repairs, touch-ups, and general maintenance tasks.
Base pay $21.00/hr
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections of vacant units and identify necessary repairs or improvements.
Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation.
Ensure all units are cleaned, functioning, and ready for occupancy by new residents.
Coordinate with the maintenance team and property management to address any issues promptly.
Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all tasks.
Assist with other property maintenance duties as needed.
Qualifications
Must have your own tools.
1-2 years of previous experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.
Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
Knowledge of the English language.
Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
