Job Overview Join Capstone Logistics as a Warehouse Associate and contribute to a high‑performance culture focused on transparency, strong relationships, and community impact.
Shift 1st Shift 6:00 am–Finish, 2nd Shift 2:00 pm–Finish, 3rd Shift 10:00 pm–Finish. Sunday–Friday. The schedule is set at the time of hire.
Compensation $300–$800 per week, paid weekly. Location: Odessa, TX.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping, and other duties as assigned by site leadership.
Requirements
High‑energy individual with a strong work ethic; the work is fast‑paced and very physical.
Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs; materials handled vary.
Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
