Responsibilities
Assist customers with tortilla selections and provide excellent customer service.
Clean, fill, and rotate tortilla displays.
Prepare various tortillas and masa for the department in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain a fast‑paced retail store environment, including lifting up to 60 pounds and other physical tasks.
Follow all safety, visual and auditory requirements and meet reasonable accommodations if needed.
Requirements
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, and short memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Present information clearly in one‑on‑one and small‑group settings with customers and coworkers.
Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
Food Handler Card or equivalent certification for food preparation, handling and serving.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic PC/Outlook skills.
Retail Management Certificate.
