Product Support Specialist / Customer Service Representative We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Product Support Specialist to assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues. This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to guide customers through solutions over the phone and via email. Responsibilities

Provide product support to customers through phone, email, and online inquiries Troubleshoot technical issues and walk customers through step-by-step solutions Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when needed Maintain a high level of product knowledge to deliver accurate information Assist customers with product setup, usage questions, and feature explanations Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved Qualifications

Previous customer service or product support experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to explain technical information in clear, simple terms Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
