Service Clerk – 324 Woodland Hills
Starting rate: $18.00 per hour. Position located at 22631 Ventura Blvd, Woodland Hills, CA 91364.

Responsibilities
Collect and organize shopping carts within the store and retrieve carts from the parking lot and surrounding areas.
Assist customers with loading merchandise into shopping carts and onto their vehicles.
Check retail prices on shelves for check stand personnel.
Pull merchandise from the check stand ("go backs") and return it to the proper shelf; walk aisles to return misplaced items.
Monitor store entrance cleanliness: sweep front area inside and outside, pick up and empty trash, mop walkways, and clean entrance/exit doors daily.
Maintain overall store cleanliness throughout the day: sweep, mop, and clean; restock restrooms as needed.
Assist customers with carts, merchandise, price checks, and general store inquiries.
Return merchandise to store shelves and perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager/Senior Assistant Manager.
Qualifications
Read and write English; interact with general public and co‑workers.
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations.
Apply common sense to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; frequently lift up to 45 pounds; occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.
Preferred Skills
Basic PC/Outlook skills.
Retail Management Certificate.
