Job Requirements And Duties

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.

Set the example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time; expect the same from your crew.

Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.

Advancement Many team members began as delivery drivers and progressed to roles such as management, general manager, franchisee, or Manager Corporate Operations.

Qualifications

General job duties for all store team members: operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process orders, take inventory and complete paperwork, clean equipment and facility.

Training: orientation and on‑the‑job training.

Communication Skills: ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions; ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders in person or over the phone.

Essential Functions/Skills: basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide); make correct monetary change; verbal and written communication; eye–hand coordination; enter orders using computer input.

Work Conditions Exposure to varying weather conditions; in-store temperatures from coolers to hot work areas; exposure to food odors and other typical kitchen environments; may include standing and walking for extended periods; use of kitchen equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements Stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds; frequent reaching, bending and movement; ability to climb stairs or ladders for price changes or maintenance; specific physical demands include carrying, pushing, pulling, and occasional stooping or crouching during stocking and cleaning tasks.
