Compensation $17.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Responsibilities
Greet guests and create an exceptional first impression.
Educate guests on single wash, upgrades, and membership packages.
Offer and sell BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships.
Offer and sell BLISS Single Wash Packages and upgrades.
Process payments.
Ensure vehicles are loaded safely onto the conveyor.
Prep vehicles according to company guidelines.
Perform quality control: verify vehicles are clean and wipe down within guidelines.
Provide excellent service to ensure a great guest experience.
Maintain a safe and clean work area.
Perform after‑hours site cleaning per schedule.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming in uniform.
Follow directions, exercise good judgment, and make consistent decisions.
Follow company safety protocol.
Be a team player.
Job Qualifications Experience
Combination of car wash, retail, and guest service preferred but not required.
Knowledge
Highest level of service at all times.
Adapt to high‑volume retail environment and a variety of situations.
Work varied hours/days as business dictates.
Improve through training.
Skills
Build great relationships with guests and co‑workers via communication and follow‑through.
Schedule Full‑time & Part‑time; ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
Reporting Reports to the Site Manager.
Conditions
Mainly outdoors, sometimes indoors.
Exposure to fumes from equipment and cleaning solvents.
Temperature fluctuations; noise and vibration exposure.
Physical Demands
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Stand or walk for long periods.
Operate all related equipment.
