Bacardi
Job Description
A forklift operator at Bacardi safely operates a forklift in an effort to receive finished goods and materials into a warehouse environment. They correctly pick and stage piece pallets (less than full pallets) as well as full pallets and load them into outbound trucks that ship to our distributors. They work in a fast paced, high volume facility that demands accuracy, high output and a strong working knowledge of our products and warehouse practices.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate forklift utilizing various attachments to load, unload and stack product & materials.
Accurately pull pieces and build pallets for outbound shipments.
Accurately perform cycle counts and physical inventories.
Safely operate spotter truck to move trailers to and from loading doors.
Identify quality issues and report to appropriate personnel.
Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Skills & Experience
Strong mathematical, reading and comprehensive skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform autonomous maintenance.
Ability to effectively navigate in SAP and utilize scanning functionality.
Ability to operate battery station and change forklift batteries.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Self motivated and proactive.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Demonstrate dependability and timeliness within flexible work hours and required overtime.
