Responsibilities
Perform essential work to keep our properties in great shape.
Complete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep your property’s systems in good working order.
Coordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner.
Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame.
Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management.
Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with supervisor.
Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare site for inspections.
Maintain workplace safety policies and standards, including current COVID-19 standards.
Rotating on‑call responsibility for emergency maintenance repairs.

What You’ll Be Doing As a Maintenance Technician
Perform essential work to keep our properties in great shape.
Complete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep your property’s systems in good working order.
Coordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner.
Prepare vacant units to occupancy standard within established time frame.
Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management.
Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with supervisor.
Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to prepare site for inspections.
Maintain workplace safety policies and standards, including current COVID-19 standards.
Rotating on‑call responsibility for emergency maintenance repairs.

Schedule Tuesday - Saturday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
Qualifications
You have at least 2 years of maintenance/facilities experience with affordable housing experience preferred.
You’re able to work our emergency on‑call rotation as needed and can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8‑hour shift.
You are committed to exceed expectations of those around you by providing exceptional service.
