Consult and inspire customers, providing expert advice on premium skincare products. Assist with tanning, following state and local guidelines, ensuring customers leave with a radiant glow. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to unlock excellent commission opportunities. Maintain a clean and organized salon to create a relaxed atmosphere. Handle transactions with finesse and manage daily administrative tasks. Monitor progress toward personal and team goals, supported by a strong team. Engage customers professionally and upbeat, leaving a lasting impression of exceptional service. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; passion for the beauty industry and enthusiasm for helping others. Minimum age 18; dynamic personality. Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends. Physical stamina to stand, bend, walk for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds.
