Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service, embracing community pride.
Assist with the preparation of El Super grilled and hot food items following precise company standards.
Maintain a clean, inviting restaurant environment.
Work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.
Ensure compliance with Food Handler Card or equivalent certification requirements.
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and English (read/write).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions safely.
Physical ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds as required.
Basic PC/Outlook skills (preferred).
Retail Management Certificate (preferred).
