Mr. Handyman of Northern Virginia seeks an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic individual passionate about helping others and providing exceptional service in the remodeling/handyman industry.
Responsibilities
Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively and efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
Collaborate with Service Professionals to ensure timely updates to customers.
Educate clients about our products and services to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
Schedule appointments and coordinate project timelines with customers.
Follow up with customers post‑service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in construction or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multi‑task effectively.
Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Full‑time availability Monday through Friday plus one Saturday a month.
Preferred candidate resides within Prince William/Manassas area.
