Job Description
Property Maintenance: Must be highly skilled in plumbing. Perform preventive maintenance, fix and install light fixtures, electrical outlets, air conditioners, ceiling fans, replace toilets, sinks, countertops, vanities and flooring tiles, appliance repair, plumbing, carpentry and painting. Perform necessary work to keep establishment in good shape and the apartments in rent-ready condition. Complete maintenance and repair work orders. Replace broken parts and equipment. Requirements: Valid Driver's License, Clean DMV Record, Clean Background (No Criminal Conviction) Experience in: Highly skilled in Plumbing, Painting, Electrical, Carpentry, General Construction Must have/be: Previous experience in apartment maintenance, Highly skilled in plumbing, Own tools, Must have very good organization and time management skills, Deadline and detail-oriented
