Responsibilities
Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
Act as manager on duty, addressing customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
Partner with the sales leadership team to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and receipt of shipment.
Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
Provide performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
Lead exceptional in‑store customer experiences through demonstrating selling behaviors rooted in Our Values.
Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience.
Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability with all associates.
All store positions require constant physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Maintain safety standards and a clean, engaging experience.
Maintain our values, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast‑paced environment.
Prior supervisory experience, preferably in retail.
Thrives in a customer‑first retail environment.
Fosters a customer‑focused selling culture.
Effective communication skills, openness to feedback, and adaptability.
Provides in‑the‑moment coaching to associates.
De‑escalates store and customer situations effectively.
Available to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Education
High school diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.
